What to expect

This excursion will bring you on a wonderful adventure along the most scenic route through the lush countryside up to Mount Etna. The bus will take you to 1950 meters, where you’ll see the crater and the most recent lava flows.

When the lush landscape gives way to the lava and the ride becomes too bumpy for the bus, you will change over to the off-road vehicles and start the journey up to 2900 meters. In the footsteps of an expert alpine guide, a 30-minute trek will get you as high as you can get. After some free time enjoying the breathtaking panorama from the highest peak in Sicily, the off-road vehicles will start your journey back.

Now, add a sunset and you’ll have one of the most beautiful evenings of your life, you're standing on Mount Etna - Europe's most magnificent volcano.
