Visit Baglio federiciano, Baglio dei Ricordi, the historical garden and the ancient 18-century palmento to discover all the steps of wine production. Afterwards, sit in the cellar for a tasting of three wines matched with simple dishes of the peasant tradition. Sample local salami and cheese, tumminia bread with olive oil, "impanate" and "vota vota" of vegetables and ricotta cheese, olives, salad.
Strong of a long family tradition, the historic winery has recovered the lost taste of Moscato di Siracusa and renewed the more consolidated one of Nero d'Avola. The vineyards of the winery grow luxuriantly in heterogeneous soils where the limestone component, which gives delicacy to Moscato grapes, alternates with the volcanic which instead strengthens the body of red wines and Nero d'Avola.
