During the session, you'll enjoy a carefully curated selection of three wines representative of the region. A dry white wine, characterised by its freshness and minerality, will be tasted, followed by a young red that showcases the vitality of the local grapes. To complete the aromatic spectrum, a fruity white wine with a gentler, sweeter profile will be served. The sensory journey is complemented by a pairing of three portions of local cheeses, selected to highlight the notes of each wine. To enhance the flavours, artisanal jams and the classic Canarian mojo sauce are included.
