Your adventure begins at the designated meeting point in front of the Rozafa Hotel in Shkodër. From there, you'll travel to Lake Koman, a man-made reservoir created in 1979. After an approximately 2-hour drive, you'll arrive at the lake's pier, where you'll board a boat bound for the Shalë River. During the 30-minute boat journey, you'll be surrounded by the scenery of the Albanian Alps, with their mountain peaks and pristine waters creating a spectacular landscape.
Upon reaching the shores of the Shalë River, you'll have free time to explore the area at your leisure. You can swim in the crystal-clear waters, capture photographs, rent a kayak for further exploration, or sample local cuisine.
At the end of your visit, you'll sail back to the original pier before returning to Shkodër, after a day spent exploring Albania's hidden natural treasures.
