During the cooking class, you'll be taught to create some of the Albanian dishes from scratch, including some recipes that are passed down from generation to generation. All this in good company, good wine and local drinks.
In this cooking class, it will be easy to prepare "Tave Kosi", the most iconic Albanian dish, known as the "independence dish", since it was the favourite dish of Ismail Qemali, Albanian prime minister. You'll also learn how to make a delicious homemade byrek. In addition, traditional desserts will also be part of the cooking class.
A commitment is made to utilise organic and natural ingredients wherever possible, starting from the herbs and vegetables of the garden up to homemade wine and Raki, offering you, above all, the true local taste of Albania.
