Venice Shuttle is a fast shared shuttle-boat service for transfers from Marco Polo airport to the center of Venice and vice versa. You will discover the pleasure of reaching your hotel comfortably and quickly, travelling on a watertaxi, admiring Venice and avoiding other overcrowded public transport at a very convenient rate.
Shuttle from the airport
Show up with your voucher at Venice City Tours desk number 69, which is located in the arrivals terminal at the left side of the exit. There is a short walk (7 minutes approx.) from the arrival lounge to watertaxi's embarkation pier. The shuttle boat leaves the airport once or twice an hour in accordance with the arrival flights. You will share the watertaxi together with other customers and will be transferred – directly or with other stops – to your hotel's nearest mooring point. Once in Venice you'll be able to reach the hotel independently (you will be given a map that will help you make your way there).
Shuttle to the airport
One day prior to your departure, you will receive written documentation by your hotel confirming your pick-up transfer. The shuttle boat leaves for the airport approximately once an hour, in accordance with departure flights. You will share the watertaxi together with other customers and will be transferred (directly or with others stops) to the airport. You are required to arrive at the scheduled meeting point 15 minutes before the departure. Pick-up time is approximately 3.5 hours before your flight.
