What to remember
- We highly recommend that guests call us the day before their tour to confirm the departure and to receive or provide any last-minute details.
- Zodiac tours are not recommended for pregnant women, people with back and neck conditions or those in poor health
- You'll be given a full-length, floatation cruiser suit to protect you from the ocean spray and cool air
- Children under 6 years old cannot participate in Zodiac tours
- A complimentary shuttle services to available to and from hotels in downtown Victoria. Please contact your tour provide 24 hours before your tour for further details.
- Passenger check-in is at least 30 minutes prior to the tour's departure time
- Passenger boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure time
- Tours operate rain or shine and may be subject to change due to inclement conditions
- Bring warm layers, as it can be significantly colder out at sea—often 10 to 15 degrees lower than on land. Wear closed-toe shoes for safety and cold.
- Wheelchairs, strollers and walking frames are not permitted on board due to tripping hazards. Guests in wheelchairs can be brought down to the dock, but they will need assistance to board the vessel. Wheelchairs, strollers and walking frames can be safely stored inside our office during the tour.
