Tour departs at 7:00 pm from L’Enfant Plaza, 478 L’Enfant Plaza SW (adjacent to the Spy Museum). Look for a team member with a Big Bus logo to redeem your voucher before boarding. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of the departure time.

Please be advised that the upper deck on the entire fleet in Washington DC is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of the bus. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour
