Begin at Ziptrek Guest Services in the Carleton Lodge. Located opposite the Whistler Village Gondola. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to check-in.

What to remember

You must be at least 10 years old to join this tour
Minimum weight is 75 lbs (34 kg). Maximum weight is 275 lbs (125 kg)
Guests must be at least 15 years old to zip without a guardian
Upon check-in every participant must read and sign a Release of Liability prior to participating
All minors (18 and under) require a guardian signature on their waiver
