You’ll meet your pilot at the agreed point in Zermatt before heading up together on the mountain railway. The exact launch site is chosen on the day, depending on wind and weather conditions. Take‑off usually happens above 2,000 metres, with higher spots around 3,000 metres selected for longer flights.
Before setting off, your pilot will give you a short introduction to ensure you feel comfortable and prepared for the experience.
