About your host Debora:
"In my home/kitchen, I receive friends from all over the world. My guests discover and taste the real contemporary Italian flavors! So perhaps you will find a mix of something Tuscan with something Roman or something Genovese and something Sicilian. Everything is very regional here in Italy. For example when you change region you change the shape of the pasta, the sauces, the ingredients, the wines the breads, the cheeses, almost everything! I like to take the traditional and give it a more modern “lighter” twist, mixing it all up".
