Qué te espera

Join in on this restorative nighttime version of SUP yoga and practice out in the ocean under the moonlight!

You'll begin with a short paddle introduction before taking neon-lit boards out into the ocean for a nighttime SUP yoga class. Together with your instructor, you'll float through a full vinyasa practice glowing at sea, ending with a serene aqua savasana under the stars. The water and wind are extremely calm at this time of the day, making it a very peaceful and relaxing experience.

You'll end with some time to take some photos and enjoy an open paddle under the moonlight. Feel the magic of the sea!

When you arrive, please walk through the parking lot to meet your instructor directly on the sand on the far right of the beach.

This class is suitable for all levels
Classes are for ages 15+ and must include an accompanying parental guardian or prior approval for ages under 18
Please note this activity is not suitable for pregnant women
It is recommended to wear waterproof clothing or anything you don’t mind getting wet (bathing suits, trunks, bikinis, yoga shorts, leggings, sports bras, etc.). Please bring a towel too!
It is also recommended to bring a towel, water and a hat and sunglasses. Please remember to apply suncream before the class
At the class, you either set up your beach towel and belongings on the sand where you'll launch from or you can put your personal belongings in a 25-liter waterproof dry bag which you can carry on you (provided by your guide)
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances on behalf of the company or instructor, you will be fully refunded and notified within one hour of the start of the class
