Feeding and bathing elephants is one of Thailand's bucket list experiences, so this half-day tour takes you to Samui Elephant Home to interact with their elephants. You'll see them in the mud spa, help to prepare their food and even feed them before walking with them through Koh Samui's lush natural surroundings.
Samui Elephant Home works to help and care for elephants with the aim of releasing Asian elephants into the wild and conserving the species for generations to come. And you'll be able to take a look into the project's hard work by helping them with their daily routine and learning about elephant conservation in Koh Samui.
On arrival, you'll be given an introduction to the centre, then it's over to the food prep station to prepare the elephants' meals before feeding them. Head on over to the mud spa, then walk with them, observing the way they play and interact with their natural habitat. You'll also get to shower and brush these gentle giants before saying goodbye to your newfound friends.
