Select your hotel in downtown Portland for pickup. When you book the tour, you'll be emailed a 15-minute pickup window. When you get there, go to the hotel lobby and look for a van. Your tour guide will arrive within 15 minutes of the pickup time. If you're being picked up at the Hilton Portland Downtown, please stand on the Broadway side of the hotel. If you're being picked up at the Hyatt Regency Portland At The Oregon Convention Center, please wait at the valet station.
