You'll depart from Alberobello, the capital of trulli, the traditional round houses with conical rooves typical of the area. You'll cycle to Locorotondo, one of the most stunning towns in Valle d’Itria. Get to know the locals and stop by a traditional deli where you'll taste freshly baked Apulian focaccia filled with your favorite charcuterie and vegetables, washed down by a glass of good wine or a drink of your choice.
Before returning to Alberobello, stop at a local bakery and try local almond cookies. You'll also get to try seasonal fruits, hand-picking them right from the trees (cherries, fichi, fioroni, pears, blackberries and mulberries, depending on the season) along the way.
