Know in advance:

• This is a self-guided visit
• The selected entry time applies to the entire experience, including the stadium, museum and Real Madrid Games
• Real Madrid Games takes place during the museum itinerary
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time
• Once confirmed, tickets cannot be modified, exchanged or refunded
• The tour route and opening hours may change due to events held at the stadium
• The visit includes various stair sections
• The retractable pitch may be stored underground during your visit
• Equipment or event set-ups may be visible on the pitch area depending on stadium operations
• A service fee is included in the total price of your booking
• If you’re visiting as a group, you can create several profiles from the same phone. And if you don’t have a smartphone, the team will be there to help you
• Free entry for ages 0–4

Create your personalised avatar:

• When you arrive at the RM Games entrance, the stuff will be waiting for you to start creating your personalised avatar
• You'll be provided with a QR code, which you'll need to scan with your mobile device, and which will take you to the avatar creation environment
• Once inside the environment, you'll need to take three photos of your face (front and sides)
• You can then start customising your avatar and start playing from the very first minute

Punctuality and timings:

• Punctuality is essential. There is usually an hour and a half between the access time for the Tour and for Real Madrid Games — more than enough if you respect the entry time for both activities
• The estimated duration of Real Madrid Games is 60 minutes. To keep on schedule, please follow the instructions of the assigned staff at all times

Recommended age and physical conditions:

• The experience is designed for all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a football fan, a casual player, or a family looking for fun, Real Madrid Games has something for you
• However, the minimum recommended age is 6 years old, as participants must be able to read instructions and take part in dynamic environments. Participants should be able to read independently to fully enjoy the experience, and those under 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Please note that the experience involves some physical activity and is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility, epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases, or other conditions that may be aggravated during the activity

Luggage and storage:

• There is no cloakroom service at the stadium. Large bags or suitcases are not allowed during the games, as they could prevent a safe and comfortable experience

Technology and devices

• Please ensure your mobile phone is sufficiently charged

Come ready to play

• You’ll be moving, jumping, and playing — wear comfortable clothes and sports shoes. Avoid heels, formal wear, or clothing that restricts movement

Matchday information:

• On matchdays, the experience is available until 5 hours and 30 minutes before kick-off
• Match dates and kick-off times are usually confirmed 2 to 3 weeks before the match
• Dressing rooms and benches remain closed on the day before a match and on matchdays
• Real Madrid Games opening times may be modified on matchdays
