During this 90-minute, hands-on session, you’ll learn how to shuck oysters safely and confidently, guided step by step by our team. We’ll also explore the fascinating world of oysters, from their origins and terroir to the proper way to taste and enjoy them.
Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy a glass of bubbles, white wine, or a martini while sampling a dozen oysters—half expertly prepared for you and half opened by your own hand. Each participant will also receive a pair of souvenir oyster gloves to take home.
After the session, you’ll have the opportunity to order additional oysters at happy hour prices, should you wish to continue the tasting. This experience is ideal for date nights, birthdays, or anyone who loves oysters but has always been slightly intimidated by the knife.
