What to remember
- Tours operate in rain or shine
- Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time
- All passengers must be at least 44" (111 cm) tall
- All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- This tour is not recommended for anyone with back, neck, heart, respiratory issues or osteoporosis or any other injuries
- Pregnant women are not permitted to participate
- At the dock, all guests will receive gear ponchos. Life jackets are always available for guests. Depending on the temperature more gear may be available and mandatory for guests to wear on the boat
- You will be absolutely soaked, so please a full change of clothes (undergarments too!)
- Don't forget a complete change of clothes (including footwear). In the colder temperatures please dress accordingly!
- Changing rooms are available
- To help protect employees and guests, you'll be required to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose, at all times while on-site. If you do not have one, we will have them available for purchase at the registration desk
