Meet us in the iconic neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, just a stroll away from the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay, to start your croissant workshop. The chef will provide the apron and utensils and will teach you with passion all the steps to make the perfect croissants. Follow the explanations and your hands will do the rest: make and knead the dough, shape it, bake it and taste it! You will be in control of your creations from start to finish, from the moment you lay eyes on the recipe to the time you take your creations out of the oven.
