Next, you're headed to a local olive oil mill. Learn how local olive oil is produced from harvest to press using the cold extraction procedure and taste a minimum of 5 different olive oils.
Your final stop is the charming village of Ansouis. For a stunning view over the valley, your guide will lead you to the top where the Castle of Ansouis still stands.
