Smoked salmon, horseradish, dille and cress toast
Cress toast with waves of smoked salmon on top horseradish with crème fraîche and dille.
First course
Typically Dutch herring
Cured fish with some chopped onions and pickles. It is not only very tasty but also incredibly healthy! Served with bread and herb butter.
Main course
Choice: Pancetta-wrapped chicken thighs or sea bass
Pancetta-wrapped chicken thighs cooked in white wine or sea bass comes with vegetables of the season and Dutch oven baked potatoes.
Dessert
Panna Cotta topped with fresh forest fruit
This creamy Panna Cotta made of white chocolate, whipped cream and mascarpone is great for a special occasion. It's so delicious! Topped with forest fruit like blackberries, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries.
