The Farm to Table Cooking Class offers a delightful, authentic outdoor culinary experience at an organic farm nestled within the Chiang Mai forest.
You'll have the opportunity to utilise only the freshest ingredients from the Buddha Raksa Organic Farm and locally sourced vegetables to whip up traditional dishes and herbal beverages, which you can then savour for lunch. Before the cooking class begins, you'll embark on a tour of the farm, lasting just under an hour, where you can gather fresh vegetables and herbs straight from the earth. Following this, you'll participate in a one-and-a-half-hour cooking class that prides itself on being 100% natural with no chemicals involved. The menu includes a Pomelo Salad, Thai Yellow Curry Noodles, Banana Puddings and an Immune Booster Drink made with turmeric, honey and lime.
