Indulge in the authentic flavours of northern Thailand with a traditional "khantoke" dinner, served on a circular, raised tray. Enjoy an assortment of dishes, including green chilli dip, northern-style pork curry, sticky rice, crispy pork rinds and fresh vegetables.

You'll be seated on cushions around low tables, fully embracing the customs of Lanna culture. As the evening progresses, you'll find yourself immersed in a vibrant cultural performance. This includes elegant traditional Lanna dances, performances by Northern hill tribes, martial arts demonstrations featuring sword dances and traditional Thai music, complete with folk songs and instruments.
