Villamagna winemakers have managed to preserve the territorial identity over time, by freeing themselves from mass commodification in order to offer their guests their best wine, a balanced mix of history and passion.
Visit the vineyard paying attention to the technical aspects of production such as conventional agriculture, organic farming, tillage, vine training and yield per hectare. Understand the winery's strategies and production techniques. During this phase, basic notions of winemaking theory will be provided.
Lastly, while you'll be enjoying a wine tasting combined with hot and cold gastronomic preparations, basic notions of sensory analysis and tasting techniques will be introduced. In the form of an educational laboratory, you will have the chance to hypothesize, try and verify food and wine combinations.
