Leave the coast behind and spend 2.5 relaxed hours at a small organic vineyard in the hills of Mijas.
Begin with a short walk among the vines, tasting the first wine as your English-speaking host explains the local project and the vineyard’s organic approach.
Then sit down for a guided tasting of five organic wines, served one by one so you can understand the aromas, styles and stories behind each bottle. You will also taste two family-produced organic olive oils.
The table is prepared with Málaga cheeses, Iberian cured meats, Spanish tortilla, olives and snacks, together with bottled water. After each wine is introduced, the opened bottles remain on the table so the group can continue enjoying them with the food at a relaxed pace.With a maximum of 16 guests, the atmosphere remains personal, relaxed and easy to follow.
This is not a mass-market winery visit. It is an intimate, local wine experience in a real vineyard, with Mediterranean views, good food, conversation and enough time to enjoy the setting.
