Discover the Maison Boizel as well as the different stages of the Champagne making process, starting with a tour of the cellar with its oak barrels and the impressive "Cuverie" (vat room), with its huge stainless steel vats.
The experience then continues with the visit of the historical cellars, listed as UNESCO World Heritage, where the Boizel family treasure hides, holding bottles dating from the founding of the House in 1834!
Finally, taste two emblematic cuvées and dear to the Boizel family: the Joyau de France 2004 and the Joyau de France Rosé 2007.
The Joyau de France was created in 1961 by René Boizel, 4th generation of the family. His desire from the start was to illustrate through these great champagnes the beauty of exceptional harvests but also the know-how and values of the House, always at the research for excellence.
