Meeting point:

Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry. Please head to the entrance of the Accademia Gallery, and at Via Ricasoli 57, right across from the Carrefour Express supermarket, you will find on-site staff, who will be wearing a yellow vest with the word “ACCORD” on it.

What to remember

Know in advance:

Each traveller must present a valid passport or ID document matching the name provided at the time of booking to enter the Accademia Gallery. Failure to present a voucher with all travellers’ full names before arrival may result in denied entry to the attraction

On the first Sunday of each month, the museum follows regular opening hours, and entry is free for everyone

Re-entry is not permitted
The instructions to download the Accademia Gallery Audio App will be sent via email or WhatsApp 24 hours before your visit to the contact details provided during the booking process. Please download the app and all required content using Wi-Fi before your visit to ensure a smooth experience
Official Admission to the Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze: Adult (26+) €20.00 | Reduced (EU Citizens aged 18–25) €2.00 | Free (under 18; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket).
