These are not pre-registered cooking classes, but an interactive experience: your chef will show you live how to create classic Italian dishes and help you with the preparation.
The online course is designed for beginners and is divided into three chapters or classes held on different days of the week, each focusing on a different recipe:
- Chapter 1 - Tuesday: ricotta and spinach gnocchi (gnudi) with a choice of two classic Italian sauces, classic tomato sauce and butter and sage sauce
- Chapter 2 - Thursday: pizza and tiramisù, two icons of Italian cooking
- Chapter 3 - Saturday: homemade tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù, the classic Italian meat sauce, and ragù finto (fake ragù), a Tuscan vegetable sauce
Book one chapter to get a certificate of completion and all chapters to get a proficiency certificate for the beginner level!
The cooking classes will be recorded so that you can watch them over and over again any time you want.
