What to remember
- Once you've purchased the package, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email with your voucher attached; you'll need the voucher to board City Sightseeing buses in Milan. You can show your voucher to the City Sightseeing staff on board or at a City Sightseeing Visitor Centre to exchange it for your ticket
- The Florence-Milan train journey takes approximately 1:40, then your estimated time of arrival in Milan will be between 10:40 and 11:45, while arrival back at the train station in Florence will vary between 18:59 and 20:00. The schedule is subject to change according to availability
- Train tickets will be sent to you within 48 hours of your booking; don't forget to save and print them, you'll need them to travel on the train. Find the departure time and train number directly on the tickets
