A stone throw away from the Tricity of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot lies the region of Kashubia: a land of honey and milk flowing. Kashubia is a beautiful and unspoiled area where the original Kashubian folk still cook according to their traditional recipes based on locally available seasonal products and the fresh gifts of mother nature.
During this 8 hour trip you will be visiting 2 local farms where local craftsmen produce local home made products. You will meet passionate farmers and take a sneak peek into their workshops, cellars and pantries which usually remain closed. You will see from the backstage how the local food is produced.
