Discover wildlife-packed rainforest, ancient caves and colonial relics before a tasty lunch and a well-earned soak in a natural hot spring.

Hop on your top-of-the-range mountain bike and follow a guide through a country practically bursting with natural beauty. As brightly-coloured birds and monkeys look on from the trees, you'll cycle over bridges, boards and banks of the river to all the best lookout points over the park.

Along the way, you'll pass by no less than two stunning waterfalls, an ancient cave and the remains of a colonial Costa Rican house. After a pit stop for lunch, it's time to take a well-earned dip in the warm waters of the thermal river – the centrepiece of this 600-acre reserve.
