Meeting point:

You don't need to collect the Helsinki Card from any location. You can start using your card anywhere in the city, and it will be activated upon first use. Please note that it must be printed in advance to be valid on public transport.

What to remember

Popular attractions included: free admission to all major museums, discount on Helsinki Zoo entrance fee, free public transport in zones AB (City Helsinki Card) or ABC (Region Helsinki Card, including train to the airport), hop-on hop-off bus (unlimited use for the entire validity period of the card from May to September)
Tours included: City Sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus tour (May-September), canal cruise (May-September), city highlights cruise (May-September), evening cruise (May-September), Suomenlinna walking tour, Helsinki panorama audio tour by bus (October-April)
After your purchase, you will receive a code with 8 characters. You can find it on your voucher, directly below the barcode
Please redeem your voucher code on the official Helsinki Card website (Download Card) to receive your actual card
Once you complete the online redemption, your Helsinki Card will be delivered to you as a PDF document by email
Please note, after the card has been redeemed and the PDF issued, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded
