City in Kos

Kos Town by Day
On this half-day outing, you'll explore Kos town under your own steam. As the island's capital, it offers up plenty of stuff to see and do. Make a beeline for the café-lined port to soak up the town's atmosphere, or visit the castle which was built by the Knights of St John back in the 14th century. Elsewhere, you've got the Roman Baths, the Odeon and Ancient Agora as well as the shops of Eleftherias Square. The recently renovated Archaeological Museum is packed with classical relics too. Hippocrates' Plane Tree is a great spot for selfie, while the pebbly beach is an ideal spot to relax. Your transfer back will be ready at 13:30.

Kos Town by Night
Squeezed in between the ancient ruins left behind by the Greek, Roman and Byzantine eras, Kos Town's harbour is fronted by an outstanding medieval castle. The island's capital is both stylish and atmospheric, and comes alive after dark. Fringed by cafés and beautiful boats, you could watch the sun dip down at a harbour-side bar and then enjoy dinner in one of the town's eateries. Or why not wander through the streets of the old town, lined with pretty lanterns and colourful bougainvillea. You'll have plenty of time to explore under your own steam and browse the boutiques and gift shops that stay open late.
