Extra fees to be paid on site:

• A National Park fee of 400 Baht per adult (or 200 Baht per kid 3-14 years old), is not included in the price, and you'll need to pay this in cash on the day of the tour at Maya Bay

Know In Advance:

• Maya Bay is closed in August and September for nature preservation
• While monkey sightings are highly likely, they cannot be guaranteed
• Please keep a safe distance from the monkeys, as they can be aggressive. A bite can result in a trip to the hospital with several rabies shots. While monkey sightings are highly likely, they cannot be guaranteed. Blacktip reef sharks can also be difficult to spot
• Some spots may be inaccessible due to unpredictable weather and sea conditions, which is beyond the activity provider's control. In case of significant waves, certain spots may not be visited
• The captain speaks very basic English, just enough for basic communication about the tour
• Be ready for unpredictable rain, particularly during the monsoon season from May to December. The tour is guaranteed to proceed if conditions are safe, with no refunds in case of rain. If conditions are considered unsafe, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
• Accident insurance only covers the time during the tour. Accidents caused by the customer are not covered. Passport details of every customer must be sent to us the day before the tour to be able to arrange the insurance
• Make sure to arrange your transport to Koh Phi Phi. An overnight stay may be required due to limited transfers, make sure to do your own research
