Your day begins with a pick-up from your hotel in the Luang Prabang peninsula, followed by a visit to the morning market with your chef. As you walk through the stalls together, you'll learn about local ingredients and select everything needed for the cooking class.
Afterwards, you'll head to the pier and board a boat, where the culinary experience will take place. Once there, you'll put on your apron and take your place at your cooking station, ready to prepare a selection of traditional Lao dishes. The menu includes local specialities such as steamed dishes in banana leaf, flavourful minced preparations, fresh salads, and a classic sweet dessert. A vegetarian alternative is also available.
Once cooking is complete, you'll enjoy the dishes you've prepared, served as a relaxing lunch on the Mekong River.
