Look out for St Louis Cathedral, the hilltop fortress and Chinatown.You'll then head to the Central Market, the heart of the city, with around three hours to browse spice-laden stalls, wander to Caudan Harbour, or sit down for lunch at one of the waterfront cafes and restaurants. Finally, you'll spend a couple of hours at the Odysseo Oceanarium. This state-of-the-art aquarium introduces you to different ecosystems, like inland forests, coral reefs and Mauritius' coastal waters.
