• Parking on the day is subject to availability and costs £12.00. Accessible parking is available at Hensington main car park. Please inform staff at the kiosks

• You can purchase additional items not included in your package. These will be available to purchase on site at an additional cost
• All outlets are cashless. Card payments only
• Food and drink are available in the courtyards as well as two cafes and a restaurant serving a range of dishes
• All children must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Wheelchair hire available
• Registered assistance or service dogs are welcome throughout the estate and Christmas event
• The Christmas Light Trail and outdoor elements take place outdoors and operate in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the weather
• If you choose to use the public transport, the nearest bus stop is opposite the main gates. The nearest railway stations are Oxford (9.1 miles), Oxford Parkway (6.2 miles) and Long Hanborough (3 miles). Please inform a member of staff at the kiosk, who will direct you to the nearest taxi drop-off point
• The distance from the parking to the entrance is 246 meters. The Illuminated trail is approximately 2.98km and follows a natural route with varying gradients and uneven surfaces. Whilst every effort is made to make the trail accessible, some areas may be more challenging during adverse weather conditions. Additional stewards will be available to assist where required
