  • Job seekers and people on income support, on presentation of proof of entitlement (dated within the last year or indicating a period of validity)

What to remember
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Both staff members and visitors over the age of 11 will be required to wear a mask in the museum. Visitors must bring their own masks.
  • Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided at both entrances to disinfect hands and must be used before entering the building
  • Social distancing rules and preventive measures must be respected in the museum
  • Access only by the Pyramid entrance, where there will be specific queues for each time slot. The Carrousel entrance will not be open
  • Free admission to the permanent collection on the first Saturday of each month from 6.00pm to 9.45pm
  • A booking fee will be added to the original ticket price during the booking confirmation
  • This is not an open ticket, you will have to choose a pre-booked entry time
  • Cancellation policy: no refund, no exchange
