Six different sections wind their way from the archeological wine discoveries in the Parma area to viticulture and the characteristics of the vine, from grape harvest and wine production to the fascinating Renaissance icehouse. You will discover the history of wine containers and related trades, as well as the history of the cork stopper, corkscrew and label; moreover, you'll get to know the pioneers of the sector, their wines and the wineries to visit, up to the role of the Consorzio dei Vini dei Colli di Parma.
