What to expect

Are you ready to enjoy a submarine tour of Lindos and its waters? Jump on board and live a lifetime experience! You will meet your group in the stunning St. Paul's Bay dock and sail for a two-hour trip.

On this trip, you will admire the majestic Lindos' Acropolis from sea level. The submarine will then enter the famous Lion's Head cove and you will be able to look closely at the submerged rocks and local reef from the underwater deck of the vessel. Great for unique photos!

The following stop will amaze you as the submarine will stop in the middle of the sea to feed the fish. You will be watching every moment of it from the underwater deck. Using the free Wi-Fi you can upload your videos and stories for your friends at home to see.

The best is saved for last as the submarine will be entering Navarone’s Bay! The green, Caribbean-looking waters of the bay will embrace the vessel and create an amazing and surreal atmosphere. Get your snorkeling gear and get ready for a one-of-a-kind swim.

If you choose the Boat Trip option, please meet at Saint Paul's Bay 20 minutes prior to departure time. If you choose the Tour with transfer option, please note that the service is limited to the radius between Lindos - Kolympia (Monday / Wednesday / Friday) and Lindos - Plimmiri (Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday). Kindly provide your hotel's full name and the local operator will contact you regarding the pick-up time.

What to remember

Know in advance:

This tour operates with and without pickup. If you choose the transfer option, please note that this is limited to specific locations (Kolymbia - Plimmiri Area) and days of the week. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday the transfer is available from Vlycha to Kolymbia region and on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Lindos to Plimmiri region
You will be requested to add your hotel's full name if you choose the transfer option. Your final pick-up time will be confirmed with you directly by the local operator at least one day before the tour
Due to health reasons, snorkeling gear is not available, so you may bring your own
Please note that the trip is subject to favorable weather conditions. If the trip is not being operated on the scheduled date and time, you will be given an alternative date

Dimitris, one of our guides, says, ‘Lindos was built in the 10th century BC by the Dorians. It's the third-most visited site in all of Greece, which shows just how significant it is.' You'll also enjoy a walking tour of the old town of Rhodes and see the Palace of the Grand Master. Headsets allow direct connection between you and your guide.Dimitris believes Rhodes is blessed with some of the best scenery in Greece. He says, ‘Lindos lies near a fantastic sandy beach, surrounded by hills hiding the village, protecting the place from the attacks of the pirates. On top of the small sugar cube houses stands the ancient Acropolis and the Temple of Athena.' You'll get to appreciate these very views during a coffee stop at a typical family-run café. Climb to the mountaintop Acropolis as your guide brings to life the myths and legends of the ancients as you take in views of St Paul's Bay below.Rounding off the day, we'll head to the old town Rhodes – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – for a guided tour. Because so much of the excursion is walking, it reduces the activity's carbon footprint. Wander the winding, cobbled streets, lined with historic houses and boutiques, and walk down the Street of the Knights. The star attraction is the Palace of the Grand Master – an enormous 13th-century fortress originally built by the Knights of St John.
