Ticket eligibility includes both Malaysian and international visitors
Adult ticket is for guests with a height of 130 cm and above. Child ticket is for guests with a height from 90–130 cm. Infant with a height of 89 cm and below can enter free of charge Senior ticket applies to guests aged 60 years and above
Child tickets are not valid for guests taller than 130 cm and a new adult ticket must be purchased
Please present a valid IC or passport upon entry
Dangerous items including bottles firecrackers lasers and similar items are prohibited
Rental fees for cabanas tubes and lockers are not included
No refunds are provided for park closures due to maintenance weather safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances
Comfortable swimsuits or shorts made from spandex material are recommended
