A highlight of the experience is a guided yoghurt tasting inside the Serdica archaeological complex. Bulgaria’s famous kiselo mlyako is more than a food tradition; it is part of the country’s cultural identity. The journey continues into the evening with a celebration of Bulgarian folklore, cuisine and ritual.
