The visit begins with a stroll through rows of citrus and olive trees, where you'll discover the landscape that characterises this extraordinary land. With the farmer, supported by the TUI Care Foundation, you'll retrace the history of the area, understanding how citrus cultivation has shaped the local culture, economy, and traditions. You'll also learn the story of the producing family who, since the 1960s, have passed down knowledge, values, and love for the land. Continuing among the trees, you'll learn to recognise the different varieties of citrus and olive trees. A special focus will be on Clementine, the company's signature fruit, the focus of careful and sustainable production. Once you reach the aperitif area, you'll participate in an engaging sensory workshop: essential oils extracted from the citrus grove will guide you on an olfactory journey through intense and surprising aromas. The experience culminates with an aperitif surrounded by greenery, where you'll taste clementine juice, Apulian caciocavallo podolico cheese, fresh ricotta with clementine jam, frisella with tomato and farm-produced EVO oil, selected wines, and a refreshing citrus gelato.
