To begin, you'll head deep into the magical Mercedes forest, an ancient laurel forest, for an hour's stroll along the wondrous Path of the Senses. Then, you'll get to know more about the region at the museum in Anaga before continuing with a touch of retail therapy at the farmer's market in La Laguna. Except this time you'll be given a shopping list to get the ingredients for some mojo sauce.
But before you start cooking, you'll stop for a well-deserved break at Bodega Álvaro to find out more about the wines and taste some. Now it's time to roll up your sleeves, bring out the ingredients and learn how to create the perfect mojo sauce in small groups.
