Your guide will share with you the secrets of the chocolate-making process to create your very own chocolate recipe. You'll work with the base chocolate ingredients of cocoa nibs to make your own signature blended chocolate that you can take home to use in your own chocolate creations.

No previous knowledge is needed for this masterclass, as it's the perfect introduction to the mechanics of working with chocolate, especially for any cake maker who wants to understand more about how chocolate works.
