Tours depart from the Plaza Box Office. The Box Office is located in the Opera Plaza on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.

What to remember

Know in advance:

the tour involves walking, standing, and stairs. Guests with mobility restrictions or wheelchair users please contact the local operator before attending the tour for further assistance. Contact info will be found on your voucher after booking
infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge. Children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult. No refund will be made because the ticket holder was not aware of such age restrictions
customers arriving late may not be accommodated on a tour or refunded. Tickets purchased on a specific time/day are only valid for that time/day
Dubai Opera at its sole discretion may only refund or exchange a ticket if an event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend the rescheduled event
