What to expect

Enjoy a full-on experience and immerse yourself in the Emirati culture on this tour at the Emirati heritage house with four options:

Once you arrive, you will start your guided tour from the display of photographs that show the history of Old Dubai and its development. Not only that, but welcome drinks will also be provided. Next, you will go to the back of the courtyard of the house and see the old Kayma, or the tent to admire the Emirati architecture. Then, you will also see how to make the Luqaimat, fried sugar-coated dough balls, and Emirati Regag (bread).

After a snack break, you will continue to Areesh house, and see the traditional Emirati bedroom and artifacts. Finally, to round up your experience, you can finish with an Arabic makeover, henna tattoo, and photoshoot. You can also try the camel milk ice cream, Karak tea, or tea with saffron.
