Save time and money sightseeing around London at your leisure with this hop-on hop-off bus tour. There's over 60 stops across the city that are waiting to be discovered and audio guides are available so that you can hear the facts, figures, surprises and secrets of each iconic attraction.

There are multiple routes to choose from:

The Classic Tour (Blue route): Covers all the main Central London sights and visits London's Museum Quarter.
The Essential Tour (Red route): Passes Madame Tussauds and Kings Cross, as well as Hyde Park and Regents Park, two of the prettiest parks in London.
The Museum Tour (Orange route): Explore London's world-famous museums with the Museum Tour and along the way pass by the beautiful Royal Albert Hall, Harrods and Buckingham Palace.
On top of your bus ticket, you'll also receive a free River Thames boat ride! You'll take a break from the busy city streets and look at London from a whole new perspective.

You can hop on at any of the 60 bus stops. Each stop will be clearly marked "Golden Tours Hop on Hop Off/London Tour Bus".

What to remember

Your 48 hours begins from when you first hop on the bus or the boat. You can use your ticket as much as you like during this time. For a complete map of the available bus routes and stops, click here
Please note that tickets for the boat are valid for 24 hours with unlimited usage within this time. Boats leave every 30 minutes and the cruise lasts for around half an hour. The first boat departs from Westminster Pier at 11.00am. You can find the timetable here
Your boat ticket can be used between Westminster Pier and St Katharine’s Pier or vice versa. Please show your voucher at the Thames River Services ticket booth
Please note that audio guides are available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Indian, Japanese and Arabic
The Classic Tour (Red route) runs from 8.30am to 6.50pm with buses every 20 to 30 minutes. The Essential Tour (Orange route) runs from 8.27am to 6.30pm with buses every 30 to 60 minutes. The Pick-Up Route (Yellow Route) runs from 8.00am to 10.30am and the Drop-off Route (Green Route) runs from 5.40pm to 7.00pm
Please note that the Essential Tour (Orange Route) and the Pick-up/Drop-off Route (Yellow and Green Routes) will begin operating again from 18 December 2021
Live, English speaking guides operate on many open top buses. To guarantee travelling with a live guide for a complete loop, please board the bus at Stop 77 (London Eye, Belvedere Road, SE1 7GH) on the hour
