Blue Man Group Chicago will be requiring proof of vaccination OR negative COVID-19 test results to enter the theater
All patrons 5 years and older will need to show proof of vaccination at check-in. Exceptions are being made for patrons with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. These guests must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time
Proof of vaccination can be in the form of the CDC card, a clear photocopy of this card, a clear mobile phone photo, or the NYS Excelsior Pass Wallet App. It must show the following:

Ages 5-11: That you have completed the 1st dose of your vaccination, and that at least 2 weeks have elapsed since your 1st dose

Ages 12 and over: That you have completed the 1st and 2nd dose of your vaccination, and that at least 2 weeks have elapsed since your final dose

All guests who are age 18 and over are also required to provide a current government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) along with their proof of vaccination or negative test.
If you were vaccinated in another country, please contact our box office so that we may determine what type of proof will be required. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test must show your name, the date and time of the test, the type of test taken, and the results. These may be presented on paper or digitally.
Masks will be required for all patrons regardless of vaccination status
