What to remember

Know in advance:

For children aged 3 to 5 please book a free entrance ticket for infants (0-2) and pay an entrance fee (17 euros until 30April, 2023 and 21 euros thereafter) and any extras once at the park
You can choose between the following ticket options: "extra option" is only if you already have purchased the Loro Parque entrance ticket separately and want to upgrade to the premium package. "Entrance (Canary Islands residents only)" requires you to show proof that you are a resident. "Entrance ticket" is for your premium package and is what you need to select if none of the other options apply
Kindly note that for the discovery tour, you must reserve seats. The reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the day of the visit. You will find the contact info after booking
Lunch voucher: Adult value 15.00€ for lunch in Patio del Loro self-service restaurant. If your choice exceeds the value of your voucher please pay the difference at the cash point
Please note that the park is opening at 09.30am and closing at 5.30pm. Kindly do not arrive at the park later than 10:15 a.m

Home to the world's largest penguinarium and countless other animals, Loro Parque is a wild day out in Tenerife. You'll be picked up and dropped off at Loro Parque or Puerto de la Cruz from your hotel, where you'll then have the entire day to freely explore the exhibitions, shows and animals.
